As 2025 draws to a close, we are delighted to shar As 2025 draws to a close, we are delighted to share these incredible photographs by @annastathakiphoto , showing a fantastic project Burfitt and Garrett completed earlier this year on a grade II listed Wiltshire property. Internally, the project consisted of the complete refurbishment of three Bathrooms, Loft room and the Utility room alongside further decorating works. This was all meticulously designed by our Clients @highfidelityhome On the external fabric of the building, the property was re-roofed using a combination of reclaimed and salvaged Welsh slates. Lime Render was applied to one elevation, alongside several new timber windows. In the garden, Burfitt and Garrett constructed the new base, flooring and planters for a stunning new greenhouse from @alitex_ . A curved seating area was built with greenstone walling and circular paving area, maximising the fantastic views from the top of the Garden. Further landscaping and remedial works have also been completed to the garden walling, paving, steps and drainage. The large flat roof construction on this project i The large flat roof construction on this project in South Wiltshire is now complete. Meanwhile, works have been progressing fast with the smaller two storey extension roof finished, and the new aluminium windows and doors fitted throughout. With the building now watertight, the internal works are moving swiftly. We are delighted to share before and after photos We are delighted to share before and after photos of the extensive refurbishment of this impressive Victorian Greenhouse. The project consisted of extensive timber repairs, finished with new timber finials built on site and installed along the ridgeline. The existing glass was removed, cleaned and re-fitted throughout . All the timber work has been stripped back and repainted using Brouns & Co @linseedpaint and putty. Internally, replica Blue Lias flagstones have been installed throughout, with new staging built on site. We also stripped and refurbished the original hand pump, to allow the Client to use the harvested rainwater for plants. Architect @pwcr_architects
