New build dwellings are also exempt from VAT, saving Clients money compared to renovating and extending existing properties.

New Builds
New builds can come in a variety of different forms, allowing Clients to design their ideal property to suit their unique needs. New builds can be constructed using traditional methods such as masonry walls and cut roofs, or they can be built using prefabricated panels delivered and installed on site. New build properties will also benefit from a higher level of energy efficiency, air tightness and the use of renewable energy sources. Burfitt and Garrett can assist with all the above, including Passivhaus. We also work with Developers who are are building to sell.
