The project consisted of extensive stone repairs and repointing to the perimeter of this Grade II listed building. The building has also been completely re-roofed with new natural slates. New roof access has been formed and the installation of a fall/arrest system installed for future maintenance. The building has also benefited from a new 8.9kW solar array system.

The existing leaded windows have been repaired and fully decorated throughout.

Shaftesbury Town Hall is situated at the top of the iconic Gold Hill, in the middle of Shaftesbury High Street. This provided operational and logistical challenges, which were all managed efficiently by Burfitt & Garrett and our Sub-Contractors.
