The Grosvenor Arms Hotel

The project consisted of converting the restaurant, bar and Kitchen areas for the new owners, along with the hotel rooms. The scope of the works was to open the layout, and this was achieved by adding in a glazed link/conservatory section between the bar and restaurant. The glazed link included sliding doors with ultra slim frames, to open up the space into the new extended courtyard. The new restaurant and bar area had new flooring and decorations throughout, and a new Pizza oven installed.

The courtyard was paved with Cotswold Stone setts, and a French fountain installed.
