Refurbishment of Wiltshire Listed Property
About the project
Burfitt and Garrett completed the refurbishment of a Grade II listed Wiltshire property in 2025.
Internally, the project consisted of the complete refurbishment of three Bathrooms, Loft room and the Utility room alongside further decorating works. This was all meticulously designed by our Clients @highfidelityhome
On the external fabric of the building, the property was re-roofed using a combination of reclaimed and salvaged Welsh slates. Lime Render was applied to one elevation, alongside several new bespoke Joinery made timber windows.
In the garden, Burfitt and Garrett constructed the new base, flooring and planters for a stunning new Alitex Greenhouse. A curved seating area was built with greenstone walling and circular paving area, maximising the fantastic views from the top of the Garden. Further landscaping and remedial works have also been completed to the garden walling, paving, steps and drainage.
